Oscar is a great professional who advised ua brilliantly through the whole process of letting out our apartment. He arranged a beautiful photo and video shoot and he selected just a few of the most interested candidates and led their visits of the apartment, which allowed us to rent our apartment at the price we wanted within just a few weeks with minimum effort on our part. We had a world-class experience with this company, and more specifically with our agent, José Manuel Camacho. My family and I were in Sevilla in February/March to get to know the city in preparation for our move in June, and José Manuel was the only agent who bothered to take the time to show us a home during our visit. All other agencies seemed to not care to help us since there was still a considerable amount of time before our move to Sevilla. As soon as we returned to Sevilla in June, José Manuel picked up right where we left off, took the time to understand our needs, and coordinated home visits immediately. Moreover, he and this agency were incredibly patient and understanding as we had to work through a particularly complicated process to receive housing approval from my employer. I'm convinced that most other agencies would not have offered us so much grace and assistance throughout our experience. In the end, we ended up in an incredibly beautiful home. José Manuel went above and beyond to ensure we found the right home for our family. I highly recommend him and this company!
Extremely good service. They prepared a great campaign to sell our house with multiple high quality videos and photos (including drones!!). The skills and knowledge of the real state agent Mister Juan Fernando was crucial for selling quickly at very good price. I will highly recommend them!
