They were recommended to me and they exceeded all expectations. Very fast, efficient, very friendly, and everything was done with great care. I will always recommend them. Thank you so much Yolanda, Carmen, and especially Miguel, Alejandro, and the other guy whose name I didn't catch.

I must highlight the professionalism and kindness of their staff. It was a nerve-wracking two days with a major move, and each and every one of them showed immense patience, always smiling, and performed a meticulous and professional job, packing every room and every item with the utmost care, as if they were their own. Highly recommended company if you need a large move or a small transport, both locally and nationally. Thank you, guys, for making this life change so easy and pleasant for us.

At first, they seemed like a very professional company, so I hired them... WHAT A MISTAKE!!! First, the manager came to give me an estimate and see everything that needed to be moved. He gave me the choice of whether they would pack or I would. I decided to do it myself, and they didn't give me any guidelines, advice, materials, or instructions on how to do it. Moving day arrived, and the first thing they did was complain about the number of plants I had in the yard (something the manager had already noted). There was a curtain I forgot to take down, and I asked for MY ladder, which they were using (besides using my bubble wrap without asking), to take it down and emphasize that they should take the rods. Well, they left the rods hanging, and another item I asked them to take, they moved out of the way so I wouldn't notice. Before they left all the plants at the new house, I asked the foreman to tell his colleagues to leave the plants in a specific spot in the patio. His response was, "They'll leave them somewhere out of the way, and then when we bring the furniture (several days later), we'll put them where you tell us." When I arrived two days later to water the plants, they had bent over a tall plant, and it was starting to dry out. They had piled small plants inside boxes and hadn't taken them out when we got to the house. They were ruining plants that were years old and expensive. Besides, they had put them in a walkway in full sun, and they were bothering the previous tenants during their move. I complained to the foreman in person when he brought the furniture to the new house, both about bending the plant and about the pots they had left in the boxes. His response was that it was a tall plant and wouldn't fit in the van, and that since they were small plants, they had to transport them in boxes because they couldn't be carried by hand. I told them that if they had to break or bend anything to fit the plants in the van (which shouldn't be necessary because they had already come to see the plants and knew the measurements), they should let me know and I would decide what to do. Regarding the boxes, I told them that if they were transporting them like that for their convenience, they could take them out of the boxes when they arrived. Their response was, "I'm not a gardener." Well, don't offer that plant transport service. Nobody asked you to plant a pot for me. Your job is to move them and put them where I tell you, not to be my gardener. And you didn't even do that. When I complained that they had forgotten the stakes, the manager, Fabián, called me over and rudely said that the boxes they had used were of very poor quality or too heavy. He didn't even let me speak. He was directly attacking me. I told him that the living room and front doors had been scratched when the sofa was moved out, and his response was, "It's because the sofa is too big." He just kept passing the buck and hiding behind things I hadn't even mentioned. He directly attacked me, saying, "You're all the same, the moment you move out you're already looking to call your insurance company," even though I never asked for repairs or any financial compensation. To top it all off, he told me to remove the bars myself, that they would come and pick them up the next day. After waiting all morning in a house that no longer belonged to me, I called him to ask when they were coming, and he said no, that he didn't have time and that they would pick them up Monday afternoon. I told him that I wouldn't have the keys on Monday and that the new owners wouldn't be there, and he literally told me to sort it out myself. So I had to bother some neighbors. And finally, several boxes I marked as fragile arrived crushed and with white tape they'd applied. Their excuse is that the boxes were soft. They were supposed to be "gentleman's" boxes. You're a transport company; you should know how to pack and handle any type of box. Don't pass the buck and blame the customer. Disgraceful! Anyway, several neighbors and friends are moving in the coming months, and of course, I've told them about my experience.

I was completely happy with the services of Eurosevilla which is a big thing considering that all moves are stressful. This was already our 5th whole household move in the last roughly 10 years and I would rank them among the top 2. It was also extremely helpful that their team leader spoke perfect English. Professional, efficient and honest service. I recommend them 100%.
