Given that a complete renovation project can involve setbacks, surprises, and unforeseen events, entrusting Revescoan with the project was the best decision we could have made. They were serious, reliable, and professional in most of the trades they worked on for our house. There were no budget surprises, and they maintained constant communication.
After four years, we're still suffering from the work they did on us. A ceiling has collapsed, we've had to replace the shower tray three times, water leaks into the living room, and the floor is uneven. I still wonder what they did right. We keep paying, but we keep suffering. It's 7 a.m. on September 3rd, and here we are collecting water on the seventh floor with laminate flooring. They're shameless. Of course, they didn't meet the deadlines; it was delayed another month.
After waiting almost a month for a quote, requesting documentation and work files to expedite the quote preparation, I received an email informing me that they were "very busy" and couldn't assist me. Thanks so much for wasting my time. The only positive thing was that they demonstrated their professionalism; thankfully, I didn't end up hiring them.
