I would just like to thank and mention the brilliant service I received from 3D Alarms.... Especially the fantastic customer service that I received from Kike Bermejo when arranging my installation who communicated with me in English as I speak very little Spanish and I certainly will be recommending 3D to all of my friends and acquaintances here in Spain... Also I would just like to mention the very professional Technicians who carried out the installation of the alarm system and they were absolutely great....Well done all round 3D you certainly get a 10 out of 10 from me....

This company is incredibly incompetent, from the salesperson to the technicians who install the product. Kike, the salesperson in Seville, was very friendly, but he convinced me, like most salespeople, and I trusted his professionalism because a friend recommended him. It all started with him giving me a price of 38 euros for 3 sensors and 2 cameras. He told me he would fill out the contract and to leave it in his hands (my first mistake for trusting people I didn't know). From the first month, it was 45 euros—the first lie. The installer came to install it three times because he did a terrible job, damaging the facade of my house and the patio room. Then came the worst part! The cameras didn't work, so I decided to remove them since I couldn't see them and they weren't doing their job. To my surprise, they first wanted to charge me 100 euros and then 50 euros to uninstall them! 😂 Naturally, the salesperson stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages! The only good thing is that the call center in Valencia calls you within two minutes of a sensor being triggered; everything else is disappointing. I've attached a photo of how they left it installed (oh, and I almost forgot, I had to install the back patio camera myself, since they'd tapped into the power from the patio light switch, and when the light went off, the camera turned off too 😂😂😂 and in the front patio, the technician put the camera plug completely within easy reach so anyone could unplug it—it was truly awful!). I've attached photos.
Kike, our sales representative, assessed our security needs and expanded our coverage, as well as improving our rate compared to our previous provider. He handled the entire switch and kept us informed throughout the process. The alarm system works perfectly, is easy to arm and disarm, and the cameras offer excellent quality both day and night. Edit: We've installed a second alarm system with 3D Seguridad at our new premises. As always, the staff provided excellent service.
