At first I had many doubts, but Esther is a great salesperson, very patient in explaining things to you. It's a system that may be more expensive, but the long-term warranty gives me peace of mind, knowing I'm installing a quality product. The installation was perfect; they did everything possible to install it quickly, and they were very thorough and polite. Highly recommended.

They installed the ENPHASE battery and backup system for my existing solar panels. The entire installation took only 4 or 5 hours and it worked perfectly the first time. I want to briefly share and record my experience contracting with Hogar Solar for the installation of solar panels at my home in Guadalajara. From the first moment I contacted Ester Recio, I felt completely satisfied and confident with her attention, respect, expertise, and knowledge, which she shared while advising me and resolving each of my questions with pleasure and friendliness. With time and contact with the different departments, I must say LOUD AND CLEAR that I believe I contracted with ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES IN THE SECTOR. STRENGTHS: Unbeatable prices, top-quality products, comprehensive and extensive materials warranty, multiple departments for each area (building permits, subsidies, energy, installations, accounting, etc.). Regarding the installation team I worked with (Israel, Felipe, and Diego), I can only say the following: attentive, professional, meticulous, polite, and passionate about their work. I believe there are two teams (I can't comment on the other one). Now, only the homologation and legalization process remains, which Hogar Solar also handles. Excellent service. Very clear information and great assistance with setup. The installation was quick and efficient and the engineers very helpful.

I wish I could be more positive but Hogar Solar has NOT lived up to the expectation of a professional company. The subsidy that was available was. Not made aware to us and the company was in a rush to get the installation completed before we found out that we were entitled to the subsidy. There is a continued difficulty in contacting a responsible member of the sales department as the phone lines are not working usually. I have not had a satisfactory answer to why my panels on a daily basis have a disturbed pattern of production after a round 1500h (see foto).
