My mother's living room window was smashed by the wind. Aluminios Muñoz gave her priority because she was without a window and installed a fantastic new one in just four days. Many thanks to Ernesto for his kindness and to Miguel, the installer, who came to measure the same day we called.

Our experience with Aluminios Muñoz when installing new windows in our home was excellent. They provided outstanding service, professional and diligent work, and were reasonably priced. They were punctual and clean. Highly recommended.

My experience with Aluminios Muñoz has been utterly disappointing. A few years ago, they replaced all the upstairs windows. The work was adequate, although they left a chip in one room that they "fixed" poorly. Even so, out of trust and because they already had our quote, we contacted them again this year to replace the downstairs windows. My husband signed the quote, trusting that it was the same one we had discussed previously. We never imagined that "matte" referred to completely opaque glass, because we don't even have that type of glass in the bathrooms. We never asked for opaque glass; it was never mentioned, and it made no sense for windows that open directly onto the garden. We were shocked when they arrived to install them: completely opaque windows that block all view of the outside and make the living room feel like a room enclosed in a membrane. The light that comes in is uncomfortable, and worst of all, we have completely lost our view of the garden. When we reported it, their only argument was that “the contract was signed” and that it was our responsibility, ignoring the fact that the original quote already contained this error. Their “solution” was to offer us a glass replacement… at practically the same price as the initial full job, around €3,000 extra. Not a single sign of empathy, not a single business gesture, not a single real attempt to solve the problem. Conclusion: if this company makes a mistake, no matter how small or large, they will never take responsibility. I understand that we made the mistake of trusting them too much and not scrutinizing the quote, but I expected at least some accountability from them. Now we have a real mess in our living room and an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. My recommendation is clear: be very careful with Aluminios Muñoz. Check absolutely everything and don't expect help if something goes wrong.

This is the second time I've used their services. This time I had four windows replaced. I must highlight their excellent professionals, who deliver high-quality work.
