I've been debating whether or not to write this review for a long time, but I've finally decided to go ahead. In 2023, I had PVC windows installed by them, and honestly, they were quick and did a great job. The problem is that I applied through them for a subsidy for installing energy-efficient windows. They came, completed all the paperwork, and that was it. It's almost the end of 2025, and I have no idea whether the subsidy has been granted or not. I know it takes a year or a year and a half to get them, but I haven't received any information whatsoever unless I've asked them repeatedly. I also found out there was a problem with the application process, supposedly the administration's fault—who knows? In short, if you just want to install good windows and that's it, they might be the company for you, but if you want a smooth process for the subsidies, look elsewhere.
I had PVC windows with soundproof glass and solar protection installed by LüKe Windows, and the experience has been excellent. I replaced them because of the noise from the bars and the poor condition of the old ones. The installation was quick and hassle-free. The difference is remarkable: you can no longer hear anything from outside, and the aesthetics have improved significantly. The service was impeccable; they fully adapted to my needs. Highly recommended.
