Excellent service. The technician who fixed my washing machine, Agustín, was a top-notch worker, attentive and explained everything to me at every step. It was a positive experience, and I know I'll be in touch with them in any other situation due to their professionalism.
**A less-than-recommendable experience.** I requested the service, they performed the diagnosis, and I agreed to the repair according to the quote they provided, with a clear deadline for completion. However, when the agreed-upon date arrived, they informed me they couldn't meet the deadline and asked me to wait three more weeks, claiming they couldn't find the replacement part... the same replacement part they quoted me at €150 + VAT. The most striking thing is that the same part is readily available on Amazon and other stores for half the price and with immediate delivery. On the other hand, while charging €30 for travel is normal, it is unacceptable that they added another €30 for "refusing the repair" when, in fact, I had accepted it and it was they who didn't comply with the agreement. **Conclusion: unprofessional service, with exaggerated prices and little responsibility. I do not recommend it.**

Best to avoid them.**
