Very disappointing. He told us he charges €40 per diagnostic visit, which he then deducts from the repair cost. Once he saw the washing machine, he gave us a quote of €130, including labor and the replacement part. After waiting all week, we contacted him, and he replied that the part had arrived, but that he had made a mistake in the quote and the cost was €130 plus labor. In total, €170 plus the €40 we had already paid. The repair wasn't worth it for that amount. Instead of taking responsibility for the fault, he left us high and dry with the €40 deposit we had already received.

Quick and friendly service. As for professionalism, I have my doubts, given my experience, which I'll explain below. I called him about my Teka dishwasher, which was displaying error code E-4, indicating a water leak. Brian came on Thursday, January 8th, and after draining the water from the appliance, he told me the water pump was loose. He replaced it, and it was working again; supposedly it was fixed. He charged me 50 euros in cash. A week later, the same error code reappeared, and the dishwasher, which was full of water, fell over again. I thought it might be a part of the motor. He sent me a quote via WhatsApp: 180 euros for the part plus 90 euros for labor, and that he would deduct what I had already paid him. Total: 220 euros for a repair I didn't trust, since he had misdiagnosed the water leak the first time. For a little more, I could have had a new dishwasher.
This is a really difficult one to review, as I believe that the two technicians are not dishonest. Looking at all the reviews, most are positive. I gave them 2 stars, as they showed up on the same day and were polite. However, they did not solve my issue. I gave them 40 euros and then they said they couldn't get the part!! Further on, I managed to reset the disherwasher in the end, so they didn't even give the right diagnosis. My suggestion is that you use the Internet and really make sure you have done all the options yourself, including knowing how to reset your appliance. Based on the reviews, I have no doubt they will be able to fix an appliance, but be aware when they say it needs a new part! I have wasted 40 euros.
We're an American couple who just moved to Valencia and as things do happen our fridge started leaking. We found Servicio Tecnico Rodriguez on Google and selected them because their listing said they are available 24x7. Despite of my very limited Spanish, they understood my needs, appeared at our apartment within 2 hours and fixed the problem perfectly. Both techs were friendly, patient, and very skilled. I will be calling them for future projects including bathroom and kitchen renovations which they also do. Cost was very reasonable. They definitely deserve their stellar Google rating. Highly recommend!
