10/10 I had a problem with my washing machine and contacted him on a Sunday night. He replied immediately, and by 9:00 AM on Monday he was already at my house repairing it. It took him no more than 40 minutes to fix it, and the price was very reasonable. A true professional; I'm very happy.
As always, Fernando is a very helpful person, and his repairs are usually resolved the same day. Today, he repaired my air conditioner in twenty minutes due to a quickly detected manufacturing defect. On another occasion, he repaired my washing machine door in two hours because he had to go get a replacement. In short, highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. Excellent and very fast service.
A very good experience. In the morning, the technical service department told me my refrigerator wasn't working due to a lack of gas. Two hours later, after I called Fernando, he found a fault with the fan. He was fast, attentive, and, above all, professional in pinpointing the actual fault.
