Humiterm Damp Treatment

I spoke with Agustín, and Humiterm was the only one who was honest with me. Thank you so much! Excellent!

Excellent professionals. They came to my community and analyzed each resident's problem in detail. They gave us a customized solution for everyone. When you deal with professionals, it makes all the difference. I recommend them 100%.

Agustín is a true gentleman. After researching rising damp and the various methods to solve it, I discovered Humiterm and asked him to visit my home to assess the problem and provide a quote for installing a system and repairing the affected walls. Fortunately, it turned out I didn't have a rising damp problem, but rather a rainwater leak from my terrace. Agustín clearly identified the cause and took the time to explain how it could be properly resolved, through another company, not his own. I greatly appreciated his honesty and the attention he gave me in guiding me, even when it wasn't in his best interest. His professionalism and integrity were outstanding, and I am sincerely grateful for his help. Thank you.

Agustín came to my house today to check on a damp problem. Although his company's service wasn't exactly a match for my situation, he was very kind and professional. He explained everything in detail, gave me several helpful tips, and didn't charge me anything for the visit. It's clear he's an honest person with a lot of experience. Highly recommended!

Highly professional. No empty promises. Honest about all the actions and steps taken to solve the problem. Follow-up throughout the process before, during, and after. Excellent guarantee and customer service. 100% recommended. I've included photos of an area in the basement of the house that I restored and where I solved all kinds of dampness problems, from start to finish. Apologies for the quality of some of the images, but I hope they help you visualize the great work…
