Very satisfied with Hogar Seco Valencia's service. I'd had damp problems in my house for months, and they solved them quickly. The team was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly. Now the walls are dry, and the environment is much healthier.
Terrible experience. We hired this company to repair dampness in our home. The work was carried out in November and paid for correctly. In December, after the rains in Valencia, the dampness reappeared in the exact same repaired area, as you can see in the attached photos. The contract states that the work is guaranteed, but since reporting the problem, we have tried to contact the company numerous times by email, phone, and WhatsApp, without receiving a response. The repair has not solved the problem, and the company refuses to take responsibility. Our experience has been very negative, and we do not recommend them.
