I trusted this company because they advertise a supposed 30-year guarantee and promise to permanently solve damp problems. The reality has been completely different. They charge an exorbitant amount for the treatment, and even afterward, the dampness reappears exactly the same. The only "solution" they offered was to come to my house and strip all the paint off the wall to confirm something that was already obvious: that there was still damp. Of course, they then take no responsibility for anything. They won't repaint the wall, they won't pay for the damages, nor for the new materials I have to buy. In my case, if they do the treatment again, they'll have to remove the baseboard and replace it myself, at my own expense. The worst part is the lack of follow-up. After they themselves confirmed that the problem persists, I've been waiting for a response for three months and still haven't heard anything. It's a disgrace. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Be very careful with false guarantees and promises they make before taking your money.

I hired Murprotec last February 2025 for a damp-proofing treatment, and although the price was competitive and they initially seemed willing to take on the problem, my experience has been very disappointing. During the application of the product, the technician was completely careless and damaged approximately 40 square meters of my stamped concrete terrace paving. After consulting with several professionals, I've found that the only real solution to the damage would be to chip away 20 cm of the existing concrete and redone almost the entire surface, a project that will cost several thousand euros. The alternatives they suggested, such as painting, were not viable and wouldn't resolve the damage, as the product is a highly resistant, hydrophobic synthetic that has created a film on top of the paving. To this day, I'm left with significant—and permanent—damage to the floor, which I feel is clearly detrimental to me. I'm sharing my experience so future customers know that, while the service may be reasonably priced, in my case the execution was very poor and the technicians' care was completely lacking. # RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY'S BOT MESSAGE: I've been dealing with this for six months. I've sent numerous emails to customer service and to the sales representatives Enrique and Óscar. I even sent Óscar a WhatsApp message (which everyone checks several times a day) a few days ago, and he hasn't even bothered to reply. What a terrible company.
