Very poor service and customer service from the owner. We bought five rolls of wallpaper. After using one, we realized it wasn't the result we wanted, so we went to exchange the remaining four, which were still unopened. The owner claimed that the pro forma invoice stated no returns because the order is placed with the factory, although it said nothing about exchanging the product for another. We weren't looking for a refund, just an exchange for a different wallpaper. The owner offered no solution whatsoever. It's incomprehensible that, with the current state of commerce, both in Spain and across the EU, they don't offer any solutions for the customer. Therefore, I don't recommend this store, as they offer no solution to such a simple problem as exchanging one wallpaper for another. I'm sure there are stores with better customer service. It's a shame that neighborhood shops like this discourage us from shopping there, forcing us to buy from large stores instead. A complete lack of empathy towards the customer. Looking online I see that the paper they sold me is sold by the same brand at Leroy Merlin (I've attached a photo of the Leroy Merlin website and of the paper that came with the roll when I bought it). Therefore, their explanation that the factory doesn't accept returns makes no sense when I'm sure that Leroy Merlin wouldn't have given me any problems.

Great professionals, a huge store with a huge selection of wallpaper, vinyl, murals, and more. From the very first moment, I let José advise me, and it was a great idea. He certainly knows what he's selling and has a perfect command of it. He's also very pleasant, the ideal place to go if you want to decorate your home.
A fantastic experience! After browsing catalogs on the website, I went to the store and enjoyed seeing and touching the wallpapers. There was so much variety, special catalogs, brands... and wonderful textures! The service was very professional and the delivery was fast.
A shop specializing in wallpaper with a truly extensive selection (always by catalog and made to order). That said, I won't be buying there again. The service is appalling and the advice is nonexistent. They act like they're doing you a favor. Good luck to them.
