The company delivers the product, but advertises a 5% discount if you register, and they do NOT honor the advertised offer since they differentiate the discount by product, which is misleading advertising.
I bought some wallpaper a few weeks ago, specifically the "Verdi Wallpaper by Kemen" model, along with a tool kit. The product is good quality, and the kit is fine. The packaging was also very good. My only complaint is that in the photos on the website, the colors appear more vibrant, more blue and beige, while in reality it's practically black and white. Even so, I've hung it and it looks okay, but I'm still a little disappointed. Perhaps including the actual color code would improve this important aspect. Thank you.
Neither friendly, nor fast, nor efficient. Initially, and since it was my first time putting up wallpaper, I went in person to ask how it worked. Neither of them left their seats and suggested I do the paperwork online. That already gave me a bad feeling, but given the positive reviews, I decided to follow their advice and order the wallpaper online. I checked availability before ordering and was told it would take a week, so I ordered it. Five days after placing the order, they informed me it was out of stock and would take another three weeks... Anyway, I let it go. I would recommend it 0%.
The paper was chosen for its spectacular quality, finish, and texture. The result was incredible. I made the purchase online without seeing the material in person, and as soon as I received it, I saw that it was exactly as it appears in the photos, or even better. I have no complaints about the service I received. The advice and order tracking were very attentive, efficient, and decisive at all times, despite the current circumstances in Valencia. They were always attentive and in communication with me to inform me about the shipping of my order. I will definitely buy again next time.
