I came to Fichet office and ordered two exterior doors. The next day, Cesar came to my house to take measurements. Then I waited about 6 weeks for doors to be manufactured in France. Installation took 1 day per door. Cesar and Albert were great and installed both doors to the highest standard. Very clean install, collected the old doors, cleaned the area after all works were completed. Very nice. Cesar speaks English very well, and he is a very pleasant person to talk to. At this point I cannot fault them for anything, the experience was very pleasant. As for doors, they look very solid and of high quality, but only time will tell how they perform.
