I called to request a quote. They needed to come to my house, which is on the street across from the shop, about 100 meters away, to take measurements. First, he told me he wouldn't come at 1:30 PM (when I usually arrive) because he was going home for lunch then, and that he would come at 5:40 PM, or if not, at 6:00 PM. I told him that if he was coming at 6:00 PM, he should let me know because I had to pick up my daughter. Well, he didn't come at 1:30 PM, 5:40 PM, or 6:00 PM, and on top of that, he didn't even call. Very unprofessional.
