The worst experience of the entire renovation. I agreed with them in the store on the style of the baseboard and they gave the OK. Ten days after the flooring installation was finished, I had to remind them about the baseboard. Their installers came to the site and verified that the drywall was in suitable condition for the baseboard installation. They installed it, and there's little more to say; the photos speak for themselves. To call it a botched job would be generous. After the installation, I spoke with Gema and only received excuses and nonsensical solutions. They told me they would install it again for free, provided they installed a double layer of drywall (something I had from the beginning and that their installers should have noticed). Zero self-criticism and zero empathy for the customer.
