I requested a quote. Marcos came, looked at it, and everything seemed feasible. I was supposed to have the quote in a few days. After several calls that he systematically ignored, he never prepared a quote. Good for you! Bad memory or bad records.

Marcos is a very professional person and an excellent worker. He and his team did wonders on my renovation, working on every detail and fixing a mess they had made previously. They finished a small renovation at home and I only have words of gratitude. We had a complete renovation done by Marcos and his team. We requested several quotes, from Marcos and two other companies. We had references for the other two from friends and family who had renovated with them. We decided to request a quote from Marcos based on the Google reviews, and from the moment we received it, we knew we wanted to work with them (the quote was fully detailed, item by item, transparent, and competitive compared to the other two). We had several meetings with them, which sealed the deal (they are very professional and reliable). Throughout the renovation process, we were completely at ease. All deadlines were met, and our neighbors in the building have also commented on how clean and meticulous they were throughout the entire project. Whenever an unexpected issue arose, they offered solutions and provided advice whenever we needed it. Our renovation was a complex one (an old apartment that had been empty for many years, where we wanted to preserve many of its unique features, and they paid meticulous attention to detail, reconstructing floor mosaics, preserving the moldings despite rewiring the entire house, etc. Furthermore, the building's age presented several challenges, including the complete absence of right angles throughout the entire apartment, requiring them to make adjustments to all the custom-made cabinetry, and the result is spectacular). Every time we visited the site and found something that wasn't quite right, it was fixed by the next visit. They are fast and highly competent, and they met the renovation deadline perfectly. Without a doubt, we have recommended them to all our acquaintances and friends who are considering a renovation. It's rare to feel comfortable making such a recommendation without hesitation. For all of this, a huge thank you to Marcos, Julio, Jeovany, Òscar, Fernando, and everyone else involved in the process that we may not have met.
