GETECO Comprehensive Renovations Valencia

We had them carry out a complete renovation of our apartment in Valencia and we are thrilled with the result. From day one, Paula inspired confidence in us, and that first impression remained strong throughout the months-long process. She was always attentive to every detail and sought the best solutions for any situation that arose. Furthermore, the finishes in the apartment are of exceptional quality, and this isn't just our opinion (as we're not in the industry). Professionals from other companies who subsequently worked on the apartment—carpenters, internet installers, etc.—commented on how impressed they were by the level of quality and professionalism of the work. And, to top it all off, they met the deadlines and stayed within budget 100%, something we know isn't always the case with renovations. We highly recommend this company for any renovation project. And, in particular, we want to highlight Paula's personal touch, dedication, and professionalism throughout the entire process.

GE TE CO: This could very well be an acronym for Geniuses of Technology and Construction, with skilled hands, sharp minds, and kind hearts. It's probably not the cheapest construction company, but it's almost certainly the best. Every euro you pay throughout the process is well spent, and the grand prize is the final result. The peace of mind that comes from having a contact person who takes responsibility for and coordinates the entire team, while patiently advising you, is priceless. In our case, we were fortunate to have Josep's invaluable work before, during, and after the project. His dedication, combined with the expertise of his professionals, explains the satisfaction of all our clients. A special mention goes to the professionalism of the carpenters. We couldn't be more satisfied with their work. With Geteco, we carried out the complete renovation of a single-family home. In the future, we know we will turn to them for any project, because they have become our trusted construction company.

Working with Sergio and his team was a very easy and pleasant experience. We did a complete flat renovation with them, and Sergio as the technical manager was really friendly yet very professional, provided full detailed budget upfront, always looked for options to reduce cost. He understood what we wanted and was flexible with changes. The work was completed on time and met the budget, and we really love our new home!

Since we are based in the UK, we worked with Saul at Geteco as project manager for the refurbishment of a four-bedroom flat in Alaquas, Valencia. He was knowledgeable, competent and friendly. First we agreed a detailed specification for the works, including new windows, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as complete re-wiring. We then agreed a price and time-table to complete. Geteco’s management of the work-site was very efficient, and they provided regular progress reports, with photos. The standard of finish was excellent and the flat was completed on time and on budget. I would certainly use them again for other projects, and would be happy to recommend their services.

We had an excellent experience working with Josep and the team at Geteco in renovating our apartment. Josep took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and worked incredibly hard to deliver exactly what we wanted, on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to recommend Geteco to others or use them again.
