Since we are based in the UK, we worked with Saul at Geteco as project manager for the refurbishment of a four-bedroom flat in Alaquas, Valencia. He was knowledgeable, competent and friendly. First we agreed a detailed specification for the works, including new windows, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as complete re-wiring. We then agreed a price and time-table to complete. Geteco’s management of the work-site was very efficient, and they provided regular progress reports, with photos. The standard of finish was excellent and the flat was completed on time and on budget. I would certainly use them again for other projects, and would be happy to recommend their services.
