I love this gym! It's the perfect haven for those who value a calm, clean and tidy environment with ample open space for workouts. It probably gets a bit packed during peak hours.

This is the best gym ever! It is open 24h, the staff there is awesome, very profesional, nice, full of energy. I was going to the gym for 4 months during my work stay in València and spinning classes really improved my cycling performance and other guided classes made me strong 💪. I liked the community there, even as a stranger, barely speaking Spanish, I felt accepted, and I miss the place and the people a lot!

Staff is nice and the hours here are great compared to other gyms but the space is absolutely way too small for how expensive it is. There’s almost always a line to use any machine or anything that’s not an exercise mat. They’ll tell you to just come at different hours but the only time it’s not super crowded would be 3am. The gym is best if you just want to take fitness classes. There’s barely any machines in the gym anyway and the ones they do have are almost always taken no matter the time of day

The people are kind but the level of the classes and the energy level of the teachers is low. I went to pilates, gap and zumba. The pilates was okay with enough variety but very easy. In the gap they were using a lot of basic excersises with a lot of rest in between. The intensity was very low. At last I did a class called zumba but accualy it was more body pump. We didn't really dance. We just did a serie of exercices on music with more explanation then moving.
