Very Nice Gym, good machines and friendly staff! Spoke to miguel and he was super helpfull, recommendable:)
Great gym. Lovely staff. Well equipped with modern equipment, has one of basically every machine/piece of equipment you’d want including for more experienced gym goers. And it is almost never very busy so the fact there is one of everything is fine. Good options for membership including day/multi day/15 day and month long passes. Highly recommend.
Small, but well equipped gym! Easy sign up at the front desk. Bought a month pass for 58 eu, which is reasonable especially bc it’s super clean and the hours are decent. 2 0 eu fob is a bit steep though. Bring a towel as well. Staff was nice and welcoming for a visitor as well. Ample free weights and machines along with a deadlift platform. They responded quickly to Instagram messages on the weekend, when I couldn’t figure out how to get in. Note it is on the second floor and kind of tucked away. Thank you for giving me a home gym away from home. I will absolutely come back during future visits.
Well-equipped gym in central Valencia with all the essentials and more. The €58 monthly pass plus a €20 non-refundable key fob fee feels steep. Dumbbells up to 30kg, with one squat rack, one deadlift platform, pendulum squat, leg press, and hip thrust machine—all in good condition. Downsides: 1) The non-refundable key fob fee is excessive, 2) A mandatory towel policy (bring or buy theirs for €20) for machine use is unusual, and 3) Trainers/owners can be overly flirty with female clients, which feels unprofessional. Overall, a solid gym with some quirks.
I was lucky to choose this gym because it was close to my hotel on a city break here. As long as you can find it..(it's a bit tucked away, concealed on the first floor on a shopping area, but with ground level access - ring the doorbell through an iron gate) Once you are in, there is everything you need for a really good weights/machine based workout, plus cardio. It has an excellent soft rubber floor, and was spotless on my 3 visits. Lina, who was behind the desk on all visits, was very helpful, and deserves a mention. I mentioned that it would be great if they had spinning type bikes, and Lina had said some are on order...Fantastic!
