Fitness Park Valencia - Aqua

The gym is very spacious with multiple machines and other equipment, the facilities overall are new and well maintained. Fitness park offers really nice services and smooth experience, the team members are also very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable for this kind of good quality gym😌

I am someone that works out 4-5 days a week for about 8 years now, I have been to many different gyms in many countries and cities including here Valencia. I say this just to give an idea that I have seen bad and good customer service at different gyms. I am already part of another chain of gyms and I have been thinking about switching to Fitness Park for a while now, precisely this one of Agua since the location is closer than my current gym. To be honest I think it might be better in terms if equipment therefore I was thinking of switching, but… Today I went with my boyfriend to do a trial day and the guy at the front desk immediately shut us down saying “there is no trial days, it’s 15€ each.” Then went back staring at his screen. No basic customer service skills, didn’t proceed to explain if there was any promotions or maybe show us the gym before we made up our mind to pay. (Btw total 30€ and basically 10€ less than the month, very expensive compared to every other gym in the area. Also the gym was not full because we went on a quiet time so it’s not like he was busy doing anything else) We then asked about the promotions and he looked annoyed like he was forced to answer. Needless to say, we left and I’m happy to say that I already joined a direct competitor. I rather drive a bit longer than to deal with incompetence from the start. Btw it was the young black kid with broccoli hair and the messed up teeth. I hope they do something about their staff, I came in wanting to do a year subscription, but obviously try the gym first, and I ended up going directly somewhere else, so dumb. Every single gym I’ve been to has always let me train for free the first day as a trial day, but this is obviously more about the service in itself. Very disappointing

Signed up about 3 weeks ago and been to the gym on most days at various times to find a period when it's less busy. It seems like weekdays around 1400 is the least busy time but you will still be waiting on a machine. Unfortunately most of the interactive machines are offline most of the time so it's hard to record your workout with the app. The wifi is pretty spotty too so I'm sure that is related to why the machines tend to have a hard time. The attached picture is the total number of exercises I was able to log on a 2 hour workout. Speaking of machines, some of them have been non-functional the entire time I've been coming here. They just have a sign on them that say they don't work. My biggest complaint though is that if you are here on a weekend evening then you will see a lot of content creator with tripods set up recording their workouts. It's very difficult to get a workout in without accidentally ending up in the background of someone's video. The gym has a policy against this but it doesn't seem to be enforced. You will also see people setting up cameras on weekday evenings but it's much more common on the weekends.

The gym is super clean and the staff is always friendly, kind to help and welcoming. Since I got my membership 4 months ago, Jesus has been helping me a lot! Highly recommend

This is the best gym I’ve ever trained at! It’s super fancy with amazing facilities, and the full membership is definitely worth the price. Jesús gave excellent service — he showed me around, answered all my questions, and made me feel really welcome. It’s a pleasure to come to a place with such friendly and professional staff! 💪🏼✨
