Left this gym after trying 3 other places same issues same problems smelly stinking people overcrowded and rude clients whob don't let you share a machine. Glad i left because i finally found a much better gym with quality people dumbells always in tjeir place many choices of machines never a waiting line no light spots that heat the place or blind you while training ....finally a good place to train without the hassle.
I wouldn't recommend joining this gym. It is always impossible to get a machine (at any time of the day). If I could leave now, I would happily pay to do so, but I'm trapped in the contract. The new gyms that they say are opening 'soon' won't be open until the end of the year at the earliest. Despite being overcrowded, they keep signing up new people and offering 8 free weeks to tempt people in. Don't fall for the trap!
I’ve been going for a few weeks and enjoying it, however, last Saturday, I had an encounter with a rude receptionist whose attitude I didn’t appreciate. When I entered the gym there was no one at the reception, so I decided I’m going to go back with my question later. Over the course of 30 minutes I circled back multiple times, but nobody was there. After another 10 minutes or so, I went back and saw another person waiting - he couldn’t leave as he was on a one off pass and was waiting for someone to let him out. We knocked on the office door twice with no response. I checked if the door was open, we looked inside (without entering), but didn’t see anyone. About 30 seconds later the door opens and a woman angrily asks us what do we want. With visible frustration and eye rolling, she let the guy out and answered the question I had. Honestly, unnecessary reaction considering the fact that we had been waiting there for a while with no employee in sight. I should have probably not opened the door, but that can be said politely and honestly, at that point it seemed as the last resort. When I was leaving the gym 15 minutes later, she was not there again. Other than that it’s been a decent gym, even though recently a lot of equipment got taken away. It’s been a few weeks now that there’s been a sign of “new equipment coming” with nothing in sight. On top of that they took away the wooden boxes and have no intention of replacing them which I don’t understand because they were in decent condition and other fitness park gyms across the city have them.
The gym is small and dark. The lighting is terrible and annoying, at the moment of training it'salways in your face bothering you. The air system is insuficient and there is crazy high humidity levels. Yes the machines are good, but the gym is too full to be a pleasant experience. On top of that the music is very loud and very random. Even with headphones it is annoying as the place has low ceilings in most areas. The management is not getting things right. Many people complained about the same and they dont seem to care. It's the popular gym in the neighborhood full of wannabe influencers making videos with tripods and taking lots of space. Ridiculous and useless. Go find another gym, there is plenty others in the area with high ceilings, natural light and better environment. 💪
Great gym, brand new equipment an never too crowded- no matter the time of the day. I stayed in Valencia for 1 week and booked a membership for 1 month which allowed me to go and train whenever and always bring a plus 1. The staff was really nice and helpful. Also the people in the gym were really friendly. A great environment for a workout!
