I'm giving it a lower rating because I can't. It was awful. They tell you one thing and then do whatever they want. Completely unprofessional in both their manner and their approach. If you have a problem, they give you the runaround and take forever to reply. They tell you it will take 3 or 4 days to finish, and on the 4th day they only come for an hour, and on top of that, they don't finish. On the 5th day, they still don't finish, and then they tell you they can't come on Monday, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. Unacceptable. In the end, it took 7 days, plus another 2 to fix things. On top of that, they ruined the sink, which is completely unrelated. They made a mistake installing the gas pipes and told you they'd come back another day to fix it. Like I said, completely unprofessional and insensitive. If you make a mistake, you do whatever it takes to fix it yourself, and as soon as possible. They tell you they'll give you a discount to compensate for the inconvenience, and then nothing. The water pipes are terrible, with all the rises and falls; they should be straight. You tell them some radiators are leaking, and they reply three weeks later to tell you to pay the rest of the bill, that the work is finished. What a lack of respect. I don't like to be so negative, but eventually you get fed up. We started the installation on November 17th, and we "finished" it on January 19th. Unbelievable. Almost a month for them to come and fix the leaking radiators. And it's the same with everything. You'd better hope everything goes smoothly, because if you run into any problems, you're in trouble.

I did not try the installation service. But, I cannot consider a good point due to the lack of communication and manner which is one of most important matter in collaboration. Hope their improvement.
