Marta guided us through the Spanish bureaucracy, which can be quite overwhelming, from building our house, obtaining residencia, writing our Spanish wills and using our power of attorney to sign documents when we were not available. With her excellent communication skills and outstanding knowledge, there was always a solution to every problem. After receiving NIE and completing a few other formalities, we finally found a great apartment but there was a challenge - the seller side had 8 different owners and they were not exactly on the same page. What seem to be a complicated situation, where all the other buyers walked away, was "just another day in the office" for Marta. With very pleasant experience and with a key to our new home, we are now looking forward to using Marta for our immigration and other legal matters.
