Update 2026, downgraded to 1/5 stars; I am updating my previous review and downgrading it to 1/5 because the advice I received from this broker has proven to be materially worse than I originally thought.<br><br>The main issue is simple: I asked for neutral, competent advice on which private health insurance product would best fit my situation as a foreign resident in Spain. Based on their recommendation, I took an Adeslas package. When I later explained at the hospital that I mainly wanted to use my insurance for private healthcare access, the package recommended to me was described as one of the worst insurance options I could have for that purpose.<br><br>That is exactly the kind of mistake a broker is supposed to prevent.<br><br>A broker’s job is not just to be friendly, fast, and cheap. Their job is to understand the client’s situation properly, compare the available products neutrally, and recommend coverage that actually works in practice. In my case, that did not happen.<br>The cost of wrong insurance advice can be far higher than the broker fee itself. It can mean wasted premiums, restricted access to care, avoidable administrative problems, and potentially thousands of euros in opportunity costs when you realize too late that the product is not suitable for your needs.<br>To be fair, the advice was inexpensive, and the communication was professional. But cheap advice is not good value if it creates false confidence in the wrong product.<br><br>My recommendation: be extremely careful if you use this broker. Do not rely blindly on their advice. Independently verify the insurance package, hospital access, language support, exclusions, and practical usability before signing anything.
