Gestionan pisos en edificios donde viven personas que no están de vacaciones, por lo que generan molestias de ruidos a horas en las que los vecinos estamos descansando.
Customer service of this company is really bad. I recommend using another company or just do it solo. They cause you many 1 or 4 star ratings because of how the guests are treated.<br>Especially if the guests have an issue they're played off and disrespected.<br>The Spain manager Lorenzo is doing a terrible job. He can do 100x better if he was competent in managerial skills instead of only political ability.<br>His hiring skills are insanely bad. He picks people with similar personality as himself and doesn't care about skills.<br><br>Another thing too, they're dishonest with money. They charge a lot more than agreed to in the contract. They make many financial "errors" always to their benefit. I caught already 8+ and I haven't looked in awhile.<br><br>The worst thing in my opinion is how they talk to me and the guests. A complete lack of desire for quality.<br><br>Edit:<br><br>I went solo and instantly made 2.5x more sales and profit. Despite Lorenzo and Claudia booking a night at my place and leaving a fake 1 star.
La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, andando llegas al centro en 10 min. Por dentro el piso está bastante desgastado y necesita unas cuantas mejoras.
The location was amazing! Tram and bus stop were within sight from the apartment, it was nice to have two easy forms of transportation so close to the apartment. Beds were comfortable and loved the small kitchen and sofa we had. Would recommend!
Apart from renting out great apartments, you also get the friendliest welcome I've ever had at an AirBnB. My host texted before, and then waited for me, despite my flight being a little delayed. He showed me around and answered every question. He even gave me a rechargeable card for the Tram! Fantastic
Logement parfait en tout point de vue: beau, très propre, très bien situé au coeur de la ville, idéal pour un séjour court ou long dans cette belle ville de Valencia!! Je recommande sans hésitation!
