We’ve dealt with many rental agencies in Valencia, and this one is on a completely different level. Most agencies we encountered try to take advantage of renters and ignore the 2023 housing regulations (LAU), focusing only on making money from people who may not know the rules. Here, the experience was the opposite: friendly, transparent, and everything handled according to the law. You actually feel that they care about their clients.
