If you want to really test the skill and tenacity of a business, don't just look at how they are when the situation is optimal. Although no fault of theirs, through careful advice and actively managing the situation, Found Valencia were able to resolve a tricky and difficult situation for me. I was also pleasantly surprised at their aftercare - resolving those small details that get in the way of enjoying your new property that go far beyond the usual real estate agency work. Need a plumber? No problem. Or how about getting a permit for your car that allows you to drive into the city? They can access a gestor for that What about a big detail, like accessing a qualified city planning advisor who speaks English? That too. Found Valencia gave me the confidence to see my way very through a difficult scenario and the result is I am now in a lovely freshly-painted home (yes, they organised the painting contractor too) in a great location with all utilities working, taxes paid and registrations completed. A great result!
