Inmobiliaria RK Valencia

Professionalism above all! RK Real Estate Valencia consistently demonstrated an impeccable dedication to completing the sale of my property. Transparent and professional, they successfully sold my property in less than a month. Impeccable in their work!

Raquel and Maria guided me through the process of buying a property in Valencia with upmost professionalism. I felt safe in knowledgeable hands and they went out of their way to ensure that my lack of Spanish was not a problem at all. I am very happy in my new apartment and would recommend Rk Valencia Market to anyone, including Expats.

We bought a house with this company last year. They were fantastic throughout the whole process. We are English speakers and unfamiliar with the Spanish system. This talked us through everything and explained all the processes and bent over backwards to help ensure the process was straight forward and easy. They organised for an architect company to come and provide quotes beforehand. I would highly recommend.

As a non-Spanish speaker buying his first apartment abroad (in Valencia, Spain), I was pleasantly surprised of the top-level service provided by my agent Laura Solana and her colleagues at RK Valencia Market. I needed the full buying process to be completed within a month, thus, it required timely communication and full collaboration of all involved parties. Laura’s support in every step of the process was a BIG help, and I am very grateful to her. If I had to do it again, I would not have changed anything. 5/5

We worked with Maria Vinat and she was very helpful and professional during the execution of the purchase. She speaks perfect Italian and hence could converse with my wife during the process. The quality of photos and walk-through videos allowed us to narrow down property search straight away. Found a lovely property in old town Valencia, can fully recommend the agency and Maria.
