We have been very happy with our experience in renting an apartment listed by J’achete en Espagne. We are from the states and moving to Valencia soon. We didn’t expect to rent before arriving, but found the most beautiful apartment and had to see if we could get it. The agent, Jose, has been extremely helpful and timely throughout the process.

I live in California and my wife and I decided to buy an apartment in Valencia as investment/second residence for tourism. Despite J'achete en Espagne is focused on the French-speaking market, they also speak english perfectly, so I thought that an agency experienced on dealing with foreigners that are buying in Spain would be a good choice. The Real Estate market in Spain is a bit different for Non-Residents so for us it was a must to have experienced people working with us there. And I think it couldn't be a better selection. J'achete en Espagne is based in Valencia (I learned later they have other offices in Spain) and we were dealing with its founder Thomas Rouer. When I got the alert from Idealista (the spanish website similar to Zillow or Redfin here in America) about a new apartment listed, I contacted Thomas. The listing appeared to be a pretty good opportunity so I authorized Thomas that if he considered that the apartment was as good as it looks he could reserve it for us. I went to sleep (there are 9 hours time difference) and when I woke up, he just did the reservation of the apartment: he went to the seller real estate agent and he blocked the appartment for us. Then, we started the process to deal with the banks (this was the worst part, but also Thomas helped us a lot) to ask for a mortgage. I gave him a power of attorney to sign for us in every step and we completed the transaction in about two months. After the experience I can tell, it wouldn't be possible for us to get such a great deal, specially in the current COVID circumstances, without his help. I totally recommend and I would say, it is a must to have someone or something like J'achete en Espagne if you are thinking in buying a property, either in the coast or in a city.

The perfect company to inform you about the Spain real estate market! Perrine took my request very seriously and has guided me through the perfect choice regarding my future houses criterias. She presented me several perfect properties, one of them was THE ONE. Her knowledge of the Spanish laws and their connections with real estate professionals (notaries, architects, facility manager etc) will make you save an incredible amount of money and time: you'll get a return on investment really fast! And the Must? I came to visit appartements and ended up as a tourist in Valencia! Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism!!
