I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. Cristina asked me to send all my personal documents, including a copy of my ID, for a rental application. After I provided everything that was requested, my messages were completely ignored and I never received any update. This is extremely unprofessional and very concerning when it comes to the handling of sensitive personal data. The least you can expect after sharing such documents is a reply and basic communication. I strongly recommend future clients to be cautious before sending their personal information without proper follow-up.

Calle theatre de la marina - El Cabanyal I would like to share my experience. We visited an apartment, which was to our liking. We paid the reservation costs, ended our current rental contract and arranged everything necessary in order to move. We made an agreement to sign the contract on a specific date and time. On that specific day, one hour before the appointment, the agency informed us by WhatsApp that there was an issue. Soon after we received a phone call, informing us that the landlords decided, not to rent out the apartment. The agency made a bank transfer for the money paid for the reservation, and that's it, they took their hand off. After a week, I see the same apartment online, available for rental. Which is of course possible, as maybe the owners decided to rent the apartment after all. But the agency never contacted us again, to inform us that the apartment was available again. In the end, all good, as we were able to find another apartment in the short term, via a professional housing agency. But not thanks to the help of Every Home, which basically left us on the street.

They are incredibly organised, professional and always happy to help. We moved house in June 2020 once the lockdown ended and were really happy with their work ethic. They handle everything with an upbeat, honest manner. Ana is particularly helpful and always keeps us updated on how things are coming along when dealing with any of our requests (she liaises with the landlady and utility companies for us). 100% recommended!
