We recently bought an apartment in Valencia and had the absolute pleasure of working with Amanda from Remax. We’re based in Lithuania and made the decision to buy a home in Spain around March. I'm amazed by the speed and quality of this agency, specifically this branch! Teresa, we found an apartment that we like to rent for long term but we didn't have time to visit, Teresa made sure we got good video and good pictures, explained everything, was extremely helpful and very organized with the paperwork. We were able to view it, book it and fully take the apartment in less than 7 days which is AMAZING! The paperwork was very smooth, straightforward and easy, they are very cooperative and understand the law very well and they don't try to make any extra more money from you like other agencies do. Azucena Rodriguez with ReMax in Valencia helped us find the perfect house in Castellon. We are an American couple, knowing little Spanish and even less about buying a house in Spain.
