We recently purchased a commercial space through this real estate agency, and the entire process was exceptionally smooth from start to finish. Their team was professional, attentive, and highly efficient—exactly what you hope for when making such an important investment. They provided clear guidance at every step, responded promptly to all our questions, and handled all the paperwork with impressive precision. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, we were able to close the deal quickly and without any complications. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient real estate agency. A truly outstanding experience!
Ivan is a professional in his field, responsible and ready to help. He was always in touch, quickly organized a viewing of the apartments. We really enjoyed working with him
When I was searching for a house in Valencia, a friend recommended The Gior Group. They quickly found the right match for me, and at a lower percentage than other companies. They handled all the paperwork and other details so efficiently that all I needed to do was sign my name.
Jose Ruiz of the Gior Group did an excellent job in helping us to secure our home. He was extremely responsive, he quickly addressed issues in a thoughtful and proactive manner, and kept us informed every step of the way. He also listened carefully to what we needed and understood very well our priorities for a home. Jose ensured success at every step of the process. I highly recommend working with Jose Ruiz to find your dream home!
