We had a great experience working with Dave and Jesus on finding our new apartment in Valencia. Dave was very responsive before we left the United States commenting and responding on the merits of apartments we were finding interesting to us on Idealista. When we arrived he set up the appointments with the landlord or leasing company, and he and Jesus (who was great as our Spanish speaking advisor) handled everything from checking the lease, communicating our needs, and even doing all the paperwork in setting up our various utilities(water, gas, cellular/wifi, and electric). Dave even connected us with a great bi-lingual banker to set up our Spanish account. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and we highly recommend them!

David and Jesus were a wonder team in helping us finding a long-term rental here in Valencia and we have no hesitation in recommending them.<br>We had already lived here for a year prior to returning to Valencia, so we were not exactly novices, but we knew that the market had changed and that this time around we would need professional help.<br>We did some research and discovered David and Jesus whom we reached out to prior to our planned return to Valencia. What we liked about them was that they understood our aesthetic and what was acceptable. The differences between Spanish apartments and apartments in New Zealand is quite marked and we wanted a place that was like what we were used to.<br>When we finally got to Spain in May 2026, we could see how few properties were available and our budget had to be flexible. We looked on Idealista for everything and finally saw one apartment that we liked. The guys arranged a viewing. The apartment was not ideal, and we wanted to keep looking but because of the pressing timeframes for residency papers, we put in an application anyway. Or rather David and Jesus put in the application for us with the background financial information we provided to them.<br>There was a lot of behind the scenes talking that Jesus did and, in the end, we didn’t get that apartment.<br>We identified an apartment in a different area (with several compromises) and David and Jesus arranged a viewing. The agent was one with whom they already had a professional relationship, and this made all the difference because trust was already established and they vouched for us.<br>David and Jesus responded so quickly to everything – messages, requests, information. They helped with the signing and the follow-up. Because they speak Spanish there was no concern about not knowing quite what was going on. And they looked over the agreement and gave us assurance about it being the standard contract with nothing hidden. Living in Valencia, they understand how everything works here, and they know the various suburbs extremely well. Their knowledge and support allowed us to feel much more relaxed about the process than would have been the case without their guidance.<br>We have no hesitation in recommending them and their services.

We are so thankful for all the help. It is amazing how you got us on the right track with rental hunting. Thank you for being honest and straightforward when needed. And finally, it was so nice that we were met by you in person at our new house to make sure we got the keys and got acquainted with the owner and the house.
