From the beginning of the process, they were organized and helped keep track of which listings we were looking at and which ones they were calling on our behalf. They explained the process of renting in Spain and were clear on setting expectations with us. We were fortunate to find an apartment we loved, and they helped us move quickly on the unit. On the day of the signing, they did a thorough inspection of the unit for us and ensured that all of our questions were answered by the landlord and their agent. Dave and Jesus were wonderful and showed us around multiple neighborhoods in Valencia for over 4 hours.
