They replaced the old roof of our ship and we're very happy with the results. Good quality materials and they met the deadlines.
Bad. They ask for 25 euros to come and get an estimate for a roof renovation. I asked for photos of roofs they'd done in the past with internal gutters, but they didn't send me any. Then you have to apply for the building permit yourself. We didn't like it at all.
Compré una casa prefabricada con la mala pata que estaba construidas todas sus paredes de amianto. Por mediación de un familiar se nos recomienda Orea y llamamos y nos atendió un chico llamado David muy agradable pero sin hacer ni caso. Sube, ve la obra, lo que es de la retirada y le decimos que nos saque presupuestos de sustituir las paredes de amianto en panel de sándwich y los interiores de pladur. Tras muchas semanas detrás de él se nos pasa el presupuesto de retirada. Cuando conseguimos cuadrar el presupuesto después de llamadas a él sin respuesta y llamadas al teléfono de la empresa que nos lo cogía una chica y le decíamos que queríamos hablar con el jefe , nos decía que no estaba y que ya nos llamaba, colgabamos y a los 10 minutos llamaba David a "regalarnos la oreja". En fin...nos pasa el presupuesto nos dice que en el momento que se efectúe el pago de la cantidad correspondiente en una semana ellos presentaban el plan de trabajo y en dos meses se podrían empezar los trabajos. Payment was made on June 22nd, October arrived, and with no news, I called and was told that the administration was taking a long time. I called the administration and was pleasantly surprised to learn that the paperwork had been submitted on September 3rd. I called him, and he said that two colleagues had passed the buck and it had slipped through the cracks. And he had me believing it was the administration... I requested a meeting with his boss, but still nothing. They called me to schedule the work, which started on November 17th. They finished, got paid, and now everything is covered in bits of asbestos that they didn't even bother to sweep up. Because of the delay, the masonry budget increased by €750. As of today, you can see what the workspace looks like.
I requested quotes from several companies to renovate the roof of my shed. I chose them because they offered a 15-year warranty. The work was very good and clean.
Cambiar 20-30 tejas a una altura de 2 metros, 1.700€... A 70€ por teja. Y la teja cuesta 0,35€. Una tarea que me ha realizado otra empresa por 300€ en 4 horas. Son muy muy caros. Además no tenían mucha idea cuando les hablé de algo un poco más técnico. Ni cualificación ni preparados. Y además soberbios. Qué decepción. Engañar a la clientela no es bueno para un negocio e incluso es un delito si se convierte en estafa.
