A few days ago, I was tracking a camera model on this website. I decided to wait for Black Friday in case the price dropped, but what I found was that the product I was watching suddenly appeared as "out of stock." To my surprise, at the same time, they published a new listing for the same model, with the same model number and specifications. I even ran both links through AI applications to confirm they were the same model, but it was €40 more expensive than the regular price. As an online retailer, I'm familiar with these kinds of practices. Every good seller knows customer psychology during events like Black Friday, but ethically, it's wrong to take advantage of these days when people tend to buy more thinking they'll save money. This company is very shady in this regard.
I registered as a professional and submitted the 036 forms on a Sunday. My account was activated on Monday, so I placed an order. I received the package on Wednesday; I'm in the Balearic Islands, so I was expecting it on Thursday or Friday. The camera was actually purchased online from a store in Guadalajara called Todoelectronica Technology SLU, and it was their customer service that failed to provide the assistance I needed, despite having been told before finalizing the purchase that the instructions would be in Spanish.
