The handles break without any handling. What's more, I've had them installed for less than a year and they weren't covered by the warranty, even though they broke simply from being left in the open position and the window being opened. That's how fragile these latches are, and they cost €40 + VAT = €48.40. They charge you VAT and give you a receipt, and you have to go for the CORTIZO brand, which they install because no other brand will work. A very bad experience. Keep this in mind before choosing these installers and their brand.
