We used the warranty on a newly purchased Samsung washing machine that malfunctioned during its first wash. Technician Enrique came to our house and, in less than 5 minutes, identified the problem (a manufacturing defect) and repaired it. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely use this company again if we need any repairs in the future.

UNNECESSARY REPAIR In November 2024, I called a technician because the water dispenser in my Samsung refrigerator wasn't working. The technician concluded that the pump needed replacing. I told him that the same thing had happened before, and adjusting the hoses had fixed it. He said it was a silly problem. About a year later, it clogged up again. This time, I decided to try and fix it myself. I put the old pump back in, and it worked. So, the pump wasn't broken after all. Now it's broken again. I've taken everything apart, and the pump is working. Do you know what the problem was? The hose had frozen slightly. It was hard to find because it was the first time I'd figured it out. If this happens to you, it's as simple as disconnecting the hose that goes to the refrigerator's internal reservoir and pouring boiling water into it. If the technician reads this, he'll know what to do. I think it's outrageous to call an official service center and have them repair the wrong thing: €220 down the drain!!! As you can understand, the complaint is more than timely.

I'm giving one star out of obligation. One of my appliances broke down, so I called for a technician. They asked for all the appliance details: model, serial number, etc. With that information, they knew exactly how old it was and whether spare parts were available. Then the technician arrived (who, as I said, already knew there wouldn't be any spare parts), put on a terrible show for two minutes, and charged me a whopping 75 euros. That's just wrong. I hope this review is helpful and that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator, but the delivery drivers brought it without any protection and dented the doors. We contacted Samsung Madrid, and Serzan got in touch with us to resolve the issue. After some time waiting for the doors to arrive, they replaced them and, in agreement with Samsung Madrid, also replaced the electronics to fix a noise problem the refrigerator was making. The service from Serzan and his entire team has been excellent. Thank you.

The fault with our TV was attended to promptly and courtiously. As a follow up we had to replace or Samsung TV controller. It is easy to get so called universal controller's but having the proprietory one is best. Serzan were able to provide this in 3 dsys from order - Job done!
