GrávalosdiMonte blends perspectives and territories, creating unique spaces by promoting award-winning ideas that, above all, have a history. There is no form without substance, and they achieve both, and a third, no less important, aspect: a social commitment that is always dignified by good architecture like theirs.

GDM's work has the rare virtue of expressing itself in a perpetual "state of grace," where it manages to synthesize not only many diverse inspirational components, but also an evolutionary approach to being an architect in the contemporary climate. Some protagonists of early modernity had invented devices like "balanced asymmetry" to counter the conformism of old academies, perhaps more in their approach than in the underlying structure of their composition. With some similarities to this approach, GDM also explores new languages and absorbs the energies of the many pluralities it continually encounters and engages in its creative processes. From this perspective, GDM's production reminds us of a thesis by Peter Sloterdijk, the great German philosopher, according to which: "Modern man is (or must become) a kind of curator of the spaces he inhabits and in which he produces, which is to say that he is (or must become) someone who plans an exhibition that he himself inhabits."
