We trusted their advice at all times. After the renovation took three months longer than estimated, they handed over the apartment just before the deadline, finding several defects. The floor in particular had been giving us problems from the start, but the professional told us the joints were tending to separate and expand. Ultimately, it was negligence on the part of the installation; the floor is bulging, and after three months of trying to get them to come look at it to see what solution to take, they haven't even bothered to respond to my emails or phone calls to see what we can do. We made a financial effort, believing they would provide good service, and after seeing what happened, we are very disappointed.
