The engineer, Gerardo, visited our home. He took his time to explain the system's operation in detail. We needed a second control panel, and he was the best man to assist us. We are very grateful.

Pre-installation: During the visit, engineer Gerardo came and explained the entire installation process to us professionally and honestly. He is also a very kind and charming person. This visit was a pleasure, and he was very helpful in providing all the options and assistance he offered when it came to measuring and finding the best solution for our damp problem. I wish there were more professionals like him.

Well, what can I tell you? I had a problem with condensation and my house smelled of mold everywhere. Alfredo came with his equipment, measured everything, and recommended two air handling units to get rid of all that condensation. So far, I'm super happy; there's no more condensation. However, the electricity consumption is high, not as low as they said, and you get used to the noise of the machines, but you can still hear the air blowing. There's also the cost, since these aren't exactly cheap appliances, and it remains to be seen how long they'll last, as they're running nonstop in my house all day long. The important thing is that there's no more mold or condensation, and I can have clean clothes, walls, and air again.
