Very friendly and attentive. Great variety of products.
I'm still waiting for them to contact me. Back in June, I informed them that the double sliding door was bent. They took it to the press, and after two weeks, they brought it back, and it's still bent. They said it was discontinued and out of stock, and that they had to make a new one. They said that since summer was coming, they would make it in September, and since then I've called several times. They say they'll take note and call me back, but nothing.
Terrible service. We were attended to by a blonde woman who neither knew nor cared. The visit was deplorable. They won't last long like this. We were there on behalf of the builder, and we already know we're not spending any of our money here. I advise future buyers to stay away. They have no models available; everything is discontinued. The owner showed zero interest; she's incompetent. By the way, they're extremely expensive; I've found the same properties much cheaper.
It's 4:30 PM and there's nobody here. I've driven over 100 kilometers and it's closed, even though it says it's open on Mondays from 4:00 PM. I've called and no one answers. I'm quite indignant, to be honest.
Very nice people, professional and friendly. Very experienced. And professional. You should definitely see their showroom and ask for their advice.
