Unprofessional and Lack of Technical Rigor "I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. Our experience with Instalaciones Gonzalvo for the installation of an electric vehicle charger has been disastrous. From the beginning, the power kept tripping and the charger didn't work properly. The installer's response was that the problem was a 'limitation inherent to the charger' and he was perfectly content with that, without offering any real solution. The worst part is that, given their lack of interest, we had to contact the manufacturer directly. To our surprise (and as expected), the manufacturer confirmed that the equipment works perfectly and that the fault stemmed from a poor configuration or installation, something the installer didn't even bother to check. It's unacceptable that a customer has to do the technical support work that should be done by the professional. If you're looking for a reliable installation and no excuses when something goes wrong, I absolutely do not recommend this installer." They don't answer messages or come to fix it, but they were very quick to collect payment on the first day.
Excellent communication and friendliness from the company. The installation of the charging point for our electric vehicle was very quick and easy, and they helped us every step of the way with the application for the MOVES plan subsidy. I hope they continue to do very well because they deserve it.
