I haven't had the chance to meet Roberto, as he stood me up today. I called him for an urgent repair—a power outage—and he promised to come. Apparently, he couldn't find parking, so he canceled the repair on his own, Friday afternoon, before the weekend. It didn't occur to him to park in a parking garage less than five minutes from my house; in other words, if he can't park on the street where I called, he won't come at all. I think that excludes almost every street in Zaragoza these days. That was his excuse, and I find it informal and unprofessional.
In this "profession" of writing online reviews about your experiences with professionals, it's not very common to find people who deserve a well-detailed and documented critique of their performance. In fact, based on my own experience, I've only given a 10 once. In this case, it would be a 5. Because, although there are professionals who deserve it, giving a 5 is the absolute highest rating for me. A 5 means the service can't be improved or surpassed. Well, this is another one of those cases. I'm giving it a 5, following the pattern of all my previous reviews, because I don't think it's possible to improve Roberto's performance. This is the second time we've hired him, and it won't be the last. Thank you.
