We contacted this company because of its positive Google reviews. However, after our experience, we were left with a feeling of unprofessionalism and distrust, giving the impression that many of those reviews might have come from people close to the owner. Our initial contact was through their website, where we filled out a detailed form with all the necessary information. The next day, Joaquín called us, and I subsequently sent him all the details and photos of the apartment we wanted to buy for a complete renovation via WhatsApp. Some time later, he sent us a quote that didn't correspond at all to what we had requested or the information we had provided. Despite this, and trusting the reviews again, we decided to give them a second chance and requested a visit to the property with the real estate agent to get a more accurate assessment. After scheduling the appointment and calling several times to confirm, he didn't show up, which caused us great inconvenience and unnecessary trouble for others. In short, we will not be using this company again. It doesn't inspire confidence, and dealing with the person in charge creates a very negative feeling.

If you're looking for a renovation company, SYR is the one for you. They're attentive, clean, professional, and offer good prices.
