A very inexperienced manager named Valorie works at the Actur Fitness Park. A little nasty guy is away from the pulley machine for over 5 minutes. It's on camera. I of course start using the 2 cable pulleys because they're both unoccupied for the chest. This guy comes out of nowhere and says he's using one of the cable pulleys. I said you have been gone for over 5 minutes. He says well I'm back. I ask him then can we work together. He says no. Then I say you can't be away 5 minutes and then take over the pulley. He says I can. Getting angry at me. Then I said can we share it then. He says no. I say you don't own the gym, and then he gives me the finger. ( I told Valorie to check the camera. She can't see it. Anyway, we both complain to Valorie the manager. She says it's ok for him to be gone from the station for 5 minutes and return. I said the Goya Fitness Park manager Pablo(who I gave 5 stars) told me everyone has to share the machines. She says this isn't the Goya Fitness park. I said that's a contradiction of the rules. Also this is the smallest Fitness Park in Zaragoza. This is bad management. I always let someone take over my machine if I'm talking to a friend. This guy said I could not even work in and the manager Valorie said that he has that right. right. Very bad MANEGMENT. I hope the district supervisor can explain basic gym rules. Apparently although I'm always courteous, anybody who works in a gym knows not that not everyone is nice. Just like in any city or any country. Incredible that this Valorie takes the side of a person leaving the machine for over 5 minutes and says it's his right to return and decide whether after abandoning it I can be denied using it or him sharing it. This nasty little temperamental guy was abusive but she didn't see the finger on camera as well. I am used to rules and polite people. If they aren't always polite, rules exist to prevent someone from reclaiming a station after over 5 minutes. Bad MANEGMENT to run a gym like this...so small and let someone nasty take over the equipment after abandoning it. I said this is a direct contradiction of the excellent manager Pablo at the Goya Fitness park. Her assistant Veronica said oh, well he's not so great. Incredible!
