As an elderly care service, they have a lot of room for improvement. They don't let you see the resumes; you have to trust the references they give you. They only present you with one candidate, and on top of that, if you don't like her... they practically get angry. We gave them 15 days' notice that my caregiver was leaving, and two days before, they brought in a candidate, just one... They were offended because she didn't fit the profile they were looking for, and they never brought me another one. According to them, it was very difficult to fill a 10 am to 3 pm shift. Unbelievable! They work with inexperienced people. Their first candidate didn't know how to change a diaper and pulled my mother out of the hoist. I absolutely do not recommend them.
