Se nos rompió una mesa de cristal de 150 cm de diámetro en la terraza y teníamos todo el césped artificial lleno de esquirlas. Encargamos a Limpiezas La Aurora la recogida-limpieza y han realizado un trabajo excelente, levantando todo el césped y aspirándolo minuciosamente. Muy amables y atentos.
Horrible experience. After the sales representative's visit to assess the work to be done, two young women and a supervisor arrived, followed by the glazier, who left us with a broken blind. After four hours of cleaning, they left abruptly at 8 PM. The next day, we found that the cleaning left much to be desired, including the windows and blinds. Two more women had to come and go over everything, along with a new glazier, the supervisor, etc. They left a bathroom cabinet with serious damage to the doors and drawer from improper scrubbing. Later, they arranged for the repair through an insurance company. Administratively, they have a good procedure for similar damage cases, but they don't seem very knowledgeable about some legal matters. Madam in administration... Can a private individual issue an invoice, using their ID, provided they meet certain conditions, as was the case here? You'd be better off exploring other options!
